CANCELLATION & INVOICING Policy
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month based on lessons scheduled for that month. If a lesson is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the credit will be applied to your following month’s invoice rather than issued as a refund or amendment to the current invoice. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full, as the time has been reserved.
Travel Fee Policy
Lessons are offered at no additional travel fee within approximately 20 minutes’ typical drive time of [your base location]. For locations farther away, a travel fee applies based on typical drive time from base:
• ~20–30 minutes: +$10 per lesson
• ~30–40 minutes: +$20 per lesson
• 40+ minutes: by arrangement, please contact us to confirm availability and fee
Fees are calculated from your home base regardless of your day’s lesson schedule or routing, and will be confirmed before your first lesson is booked.
