I'm a 30-something year old who decided I want to start playing piano a few months ago, and Remi has been everything I was looking for in a teacher. He is highly educated and up-to-date with deep music theory and has been fantastic (and patient) in answering all my questions.

Remi is familiar with different approaches to learning piano including classical and jazz styles. It lends to a well-rounded approach so if something isn't clicking, he is very good at trying different ways of explaining and playing. Remi is also quite flexible with both what I am interested in playing, and flexible in my schedule as I have longer sessions every second week. Overall I highly recommend Remi, he shows great passion for teaching and is very encouraging, joyful, and caring.

My girls have been in piano for over six years, and due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to transition their lessons to a home teacher.

After searching, we found Remy—and what a difference he has made! In just six months of weekly home lessons, my girls' piano knowledge and technique have improved dramatically. Not only have they become incredible pianists, but they’re also genuinely excited to play. I’ve been taking electric guitar lessons with Remi for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous going in, but Remi’s patience, adaptability, and great sense of humor have made every session both fun and engaging.

We’ve covered everything from fingerpicking to chord progressions, and even though I’m still figuring things out, Remi has made the learning process enjoyable and something I genuinely look forward to. His ability to adjust to my pace and explain concepts clearly has been incredibly helpful.

A huge bonus is that Remi comes to my home for lessons—super convenient—and my dog absolutely adores him, which says a lot about his friendly vibe!

If you’re a beginner like me, I highly recommend Remi. I can’t speak for advanced players, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s just as great with all skill levels.

Remi has been a great match up with my 9 year old son. We chose him cause we were impressed with his musical history/knowledge and figured wed be in good hands. Very accommodating when it came to switching times/days and instruments for him. My son looks forward to his lessons each week.
